People wonder about what you are pursuing.
You have to explain about the thread.
But it is hard for others to see.
While you hold it you can’t get lost.
Tragedies happen; people get hurt
or die; and you suffer and get old.
Nothing you do can stop time’s unfolding.
You don’t ever let go of the thread.

About Mark Henry

I feel privileged to be a witness and a supportive presence with my clients, to helping them connect, trust, and listen to their deep self. My hope is that they find the thread of wisdom and vitality within themselves leading to a soulful and heart-led life.

Together, we co-create a pathway using my training, skills, experiences, and intuition, including somatic, nature-based, spiritual, and creative theories and practices to guide you on your own journey to connect to and trust your deep self, curate a life of wholeness, embodied aliveness, and engagement.  

A seeker and learner by nature, some of the ways that I’ve added to my knowledge base are through education with Internal Family Systems (IFS or Parts work), sex therapy certification with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT), End of LIfe/Existential issues and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy with the PRATI Group, IFS and Ketamine with the Ketamine Training Center, and providing teaching and training in Psilocybin facilitation with Weaving Bridges Nature Fellowship.

MEN’S GROUP

The power of a safe and supportive community enhances and quickens healing.  Especially during these uncertain and disconnected times, many of my group members experience a deep sense of belonging and support that is missing in their lives. PSYCHEDELIC PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am Certified in Psilocybin Facilitation through Weaving Bridges Natural Fellowsip and in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I assist you in preparing your journey mindset; creating safety and guidance in your journey, and provide follow-up integration of psychedelic journeys.
